How do I apply for a position with Crothall Healthcare?

View jobs by visiting https://careers.crothall.com/ or by visiting https://www.compassgroupcareers.com/ and searching for Crothall as the brand. When you’re ready to apply, you will be directed to apply on the Compass Group Careers site via the Olivia chat window. The chat window will collect your responses for the job application and will submit these through to the hiring manager. You may also apply to jobs via our SMS text application by texting JOB to 75000.

What devices can I use to apply?

Apply using any device, including your mobile device, laptop, desktop, iPad or tablet.

What happens after I submit my application?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when you have successfully applied for an open position. Your application will be reviewed for minimum qualifications, skills and experience for the position as well as your availability and other preferences. As a next step, you may also receive an invite to complete an assessment or schedule an interview, so please be on the lookout for these instructions to be communicated via text or email!

How do I check the status of my application?

Chat “Application Status” with Olivia on the homepage of Compass Group Careers to review the various application statuses and their meanings. Olivia will also redirect you to the login page, where you can login to view the statuses of your own applications.

How do I know if a position is still available?

Any position that appears on the job postings website is still open.

How do I know if a position has been cancelled or closed?

If a position is no longer visible on careers website, the position may have been closed (filled with an applicant) or cancelled (position closed without a hire). You will also receive e-mail communication when the position is no longer available, or you are no longer being considered for the opening.

How do I withdraw my application if I am no longer interested or available?

To withdraw, sign into your account on Compass Group Careers and click on the “Jobs Applied” section. In this section you will see all of the jobs you have applied for. Click on the position you which to withdraw from and click on the “Withdraw Application” in the bottom right-hand corner.

How do I login to my careers site profile?

Navigate to careers.compassgroupcareers.com. On the top right corner of the page, locate My Profile. Click My Profile, then select Forgot your password? Enter the email address you used to apply. From there, you will receive an email to reset your careers site profile password.

What do each of the application status descriptions mean with regards to the application process?

Under Review The application is currently being reviewed and you will be contacted if the hiring manager is interested in moving forward.
Process Complete Hiring Manager is no longer considering you for the position due to the position being closed or filled. Please feel to consider other opportunities on our careers site.
Self Withdrew Your application has been withdrawn from consideration.
Invited to Apply You have been invited to apply for an opportunity in your location/area of interest.

Can I apply to more than one position with Crothall Healthcare at a time?

Yes, you can apply to be considered for more than one position. However, you can only be employed by Compass Group for one position at a time.

Pay Stubs and W2s - Current Associates

Associates with a Network ID: If you have a Compass Group network ID, pay stubs and W2s are available in the following locations using your current Owner’s Management Suite credentials.

  • Owner’s Management Suite (OMS) at CompassManager.com under the Paystubs tab
  • On a mobile device through Employee Self Service (ESS) at ESS.CompassAssociate.com under the More tab

Associates without a Network ID: If you do not have a Compass Group network ID, pay stubs and W2s are available in the following locations after voluntarily enrolling. Enrolling in either option gets you access to both applications.

  • Compass Associate Portal (CAP) at CompassAssociate.com under the Paystubs tab
  • On a mobile device through Employee Self Service (ESS) at ESS.CompassAssociate.com under the More tab

Pay Stubs and W2s - Former Associates

Please call 877-311-HRHR (4747) and select option 6 for W2 assistance. The operating hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Benefits Enrollment

Crothall and Compass Group enrollment is powered by bswift. The first time you access this site, log in with your username – your eight-digit personnel number, including leading zeros.

Employment Verification

Need to verify employment? Our vendor, The Work Number can help.

Call 1-800-367-5690, or go to https://www.theworknumber.com/.
You will be prompted to enter a Company Code. Compass Group’s employer code is 11366.
Employment verification will be limited to name, job title, and dates of employment. If you’re an existing associate, wage information is only provided if authorized by you.

If you are seeking employment verification for someone else and require wage information, only the associate can provide that authorization. In this case, the associate would need to contact The Work Number directly to obtain a “salary key.”
